Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Free shipping is available within Australia on orders over $250.

International Shipping We ship internationally. All applicable shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at allan@australiansapphirespecialists.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will hold it and contact you to arrange redelivery. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering.
